Orders will ship right out of Tacoma, Washington within 2-4 business days of purchase via USPS First class (not insured), flat rate of $4.00, usually arriving within 3-5 business days for US residents. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

My tracking hasn't updated or order says delivered but i can't find my package.
Best thing to do is contact your local post office and inquire with them about your missing order. Once orders are shipped we are no longer liable for lost or stolen items.
International : Where is my order?
We are unable to help coordinate delivery for international orders. If your package has not yet arrived we recommend contacting your local post office and providing them with your tracking information. Your package is likely being held at the postal office until duties or taxes are paid.
Refunds: What do you do if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
